MSC Neuroregeneration Program

Mesenchymal stem cell therapies for neurodegenerative disease — secreted bioactive factors for repair and anti-inflammation.

MSC SECRETOME · THE THERAPY IS THE CELL Not a drug. A calibrated factory. MSC cell Growth factors BDNF, NGF, VEGF Anti-inflammatory IL-10, TGF-β Exosomes miRNA cargo Immunomodulators IDO, PGE₂ Regenerative signals HGF, IGF-1 Tissue responsiveness context-calibrated Chemokines SDF-1, MCP-1 Trophic support for local cells The cell reads the tissue environment and responds. No drug replicates this. Our job is to keep the cell intact through delivery so it can do what the drug cannot.
Mesenchymal stromal cells secrete a dynamic, tissue-responsive cocktail of growth factors, anti-inflammatory mediators, and regenerative signals. The therapy is the cell's response, not a fixed-composition drug.
Premise

The problem we are solving.

Mesenchymal stromal cells do something no drug can: they secrete a dynamic cocktail of growth factors, anti-inflammatory mediators, and regenerative signals calibrated to the tissue they arrive in. For the central nervous system, where inflammation compounds damage and repair is notoriously difficult, this biological intelligence is uniquely valuable.

The challenge has never been the biology of the cells themselves — it has been delivery, dose consistency, and the logistical burden of maintaining viable cells through the cold chain to the patient. MACRO HRD's contribution is to those barriers, not to the underlying mechanism.

Approach

How we tackle it.

The MSC Neuroregeneration program brings together three platform capabilities: Immune Cell Banking for source-material standardization and traceability, Ambient Cell Logistics for room-temperature delivery without DMSO-based cryopreservation, and GEDM-3DQ for monitoring patient response trajectories post-administration.

The therapeutic intent spans neurodegenerative conditions where chronic inflammation drives progressive damage — including target indications informed by partnerships with the Brain Mapping platform and the Huntington's Disease program. Delivery routes under evaluation include intrathecal and stereotactic administration, depending on indication and disease stage.

PLATFORM INTEGRATION · MSC PROGRAM Three platforms, one delivery pathway. CELL BANKING Source standardization AI-preconditioned MSC source material with genomic tracing and donor matching. AMBIENT LOGISTICS Delivery without the cold chain PG-coated microspheres for ambient-temperature delivery — cells retain >70% viability at 14 days. GEDM-3DQ Response monitoring Trajectory-based response phenotyping: who improves, who fails, which signal patterns predict each outcome. Shared infrastructure with the Immune Cell Banking and Ambient Logistics programs.
The program combines three MACRO HRD platforms — Immune Cell Banking for source-material standardization, Ambient Logistics for cold-chain-free delivery, and GEDM-3DQ for trajectory-based response monitoring.
Capabilities

What makes this real.

01
Standardized source material
Cells sourced through the Immune Cell Banking platform with full traceability, donor genomics, and pre-conditioning under GMP protocol.
02
Cold-chain-free delivery
Pyrogallol-coated microsphere format from the Ambient Cell Logistics platform enables room-temperature transit and avoids DMSO-related toxicity at infusion.
03
Trajectory-based response monitoring
GEDM-3DQ tracks post-administration response across inflammation, neurological function, and biomarker signals — identifying responders early.
04
Multi-program integration
Co-developed with the Huntington's Disease and Brain Mapping programs — shared biomarker infrastructure and patient-cohort design.
